Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy - Bottom line... we want you happy!

  • You may return any new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a FULL refund (excluding shipping). Product must be UNUSED AND BRAND NEW.
  • If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs and you'll receive a full refund or replacement. It's your choice.
  • If the return is not due to our error (such as you want a different size or you simply don't like it) then you'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. You must use a shipping method that provides tracking info.
  • You should expect your refund to be processed within two business days once we receive the item. Please note that it may take your bank a couple days to issue you a credit once we issue the refund.
  • If you need to return an item, email us or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

  • We ship via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS)
  • Most items will leave our business within 2 business days from placing your order (Saturdays, Sundays & holidays are not counted as business days).
  • Flat rate shipping will ship UPS ground or USPS at our discretion.
  • We do not guarantee delivery times as the shipment is out of our hands once it is dropped off at the carrier.
  • We ship to the USA and Canada
  • Non-continental United States will not receive free or flat rate shipping.
  • Customer is responsible for VAT.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.
