Returns Policy - Bottom line... we want you happy!
- NOTE: WITH THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS SITUATION, ORDERS OVER 2 BAGS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RETURNED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING
- You may return any new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a FULL refund (excluding shipping). Product must be in new condition.
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs and you'll receive a full refund or replacement. It's your choice.
- If the return is not due to our error (such as you want a different size or you simply don't like it) then you'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. You must use a shipping method that provides tracking info.
- You should expect your refund to be processed within two business days once we receive the item. Please note that it may take your bank a couple days to issue you a credit once we issue the refund.
- If you need to return an item, email us or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

- We ship via US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS
- Most items will ship to you within 2 business days from placing your order (Saturdays, Sundays & holidays are not counted as business days).
- We ship all over North America
- Non-continental United States, Canada & Mexico will not receive free or flat rate shipping.
- Customer is responsible for VAT.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.
