These also make great boo boo bags for the kids. Keep in the freezer and when the baby gets an owie, give him a boo boo bag. It stays cool but does not hurt the skin. Kids love them because they get their own design and not the frozen bag of peas!
Also great for hot flashes. Keep a pair in the freezer and when you feel the heat coming, just stick them in your bra!
They stay warm for about 10 to 15 min. Long enough for you to keep your hands warm while taking the long walk into work.
